Student Inventory Survey Instructions

Jefferson County School District is participating in the AdvancED District Accreditation Process.  This process invites school districts and their stakeholders to collaborate to review the overall quality of the school system, the success of each individual school, and the collective contribution to student learning.  

Your participation in this survey will help determine your opinions about engagement, various tasks and experiences at school.

We want to know how YOU feel about your school experiences.

The information from the survey will help us improve learning conditions, student relationships, and the school’s overall environment.

YOUR answers are confidential.

All answers will be combined with other students to capture an overall perception of student engagement and experiences in Jefferson County Schools.
